What the inbox is for

Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If a hotel has changed — a section closed, a building reconfigured, a description that no longer matches the place — tell us and say how you know, and we will check it and amend the entry.

Suggestions are welcome too, particularly for the thinner sections. We are more interested in why a property belongs in one of the four categories than in a press release about it.

Press and permissions enquiries, including requests to quote or reuse text from the site, go to the same address.

What it is not for

Bealsfeen cannot take a reservation, hold a room, alter a booking, process a refund or contact a hotel on your behalf. We have no commercial relationship with any property described here and no access to their systems. Anything to do with an actual stay has to go directly to the hotel.

Replies

The site is maintained by a small team, so a reply usually takes a few working days. Corrections are prioritised over everything else.
