Terms of Use

What this site is

Bealsfeen is an independent editorial index. It describes hotels; it does not represent them, act for them, or sell anything on their behalf. Use of the site is taken as acceptance of what follows.

Not a booking agent

There is no reservation system here and no ability to hold, change or cancel a stay. Any arrangement you make is between you and the hotel, on that hotel’s own terms.

Accuracy and change

Entries are written carefully and reviewed when we learn something has changed, but hotels renovate, reorganise and close without telling us. Nothing on this site is a guarantee about a property’s current condition, facilities or availability, and anything that matters to your trip should be confirmed with the hotel directly. Pages may be rewritten, reordered or removed at any time.

Gaming

Where a property operates a gaming floor, it is described as one facility of a hotel. Nothing here is a solicitation to gamble, and access is governed by the operator’s own rules and the law of the jurisdiction the property sits in.

Content

The text and layout of this site belong to its publisher. Short quotations with a link are fine; wholesale copying is not. Hotel names and marks belong to their owners and appear here for identification.

Liability

The site is offered as it stands. To the fullest extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on anything published here or on any site we link to.
